Violets
This was the image from the cards from her 95th birthday party. Printed on the reverse:Adele'e recipe for a healthy body, mind, and spirit:

Rose in oil pastel
She worked most frequently in watercolor and in pencil, but occasionally she would experiment with other media. Roses
The two nearly identical roses are evidence that she kept a portfolio of images as starting points, taking liberties as necessary.
Calligraphy alphabets
We found these calligraphy studies with her papers. I think it is interesting that she worked on her calligraphy for the purpose of making cards. These letters do show up in the interiors of later cards, but mostly she wrote the insides in her own handwriting.
